Hi I've bought 11xJPT3815W
On 6 of them I've used a dyndns account and works really fine but on the other 5 I need to use your ddns service on tenvis
The s/n of 2 of them are:
S/N: bdnt
DDNS: http://bdnt.tenvis.info
PO:14802 / PN: CAM0249_M

S/N :bdr
DDNS http://bdra.tenvis.info
PO:14802PN: CAM249_M

The tenvis DDNS dosn't work and, if I send a ping to bdra.tenvis.info o to bdnt.tenvis.info I receive the IP 199.36.76.227 that is really wrong

I don't know the tenvis ddns password for the s/n: "bdnt" and "bdrs"
On the label on the bottom of cameras are not written the ddns password
May you send me these passwords?
Can you help me?

Best regards

i discovered that i am also having a problem today with DDNS. i get the same IP resolution that you get when i do an nslookup on tenvis.info. i can hit my camera from my router's external IP address, but when i use my DDNS name, i get 'connection interrupted.

i sent a PM to support. i suspect they may be having issues with DDNS.

The DDNS is not common DDNS that could ping to your IP address, it will redirect to your IP address.
Please reboot your cameras and try again if you could view the camera before.
If still failed, please check the port forwarding.

I got it working, but in a odd way... I had port forward and everything set to port 81. When inside my network, I can go to a web browser, type the IP address and port 81 and I can see the camera. But when using the iPhone app IP CAM VIEWER via 3G (internet), I cannot see the camera if I use the port 81, previously defined into the web interface. I needed to use port 80 on the application, and then I can get the camera feed... not sure why though, since I had all settings, including port forward set to port 81.

i used Dlink's ddns service (free; my router is dlink also) to create a single address for all of my cameras. i then changed the port on each camera to use a different port (a unique port between 1000 - 5000) , and then forwarded those ports through my router to each camera. works like a charm, and i have a single address for all of my cameras.

i did this to keep it simple and integrate fully with my router. it was pretty easy.
