Hi,Merry Christmas to all, I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if I'm not going about this the right way.

I just bought a Tenvis 319W IP Camera and I'm trying to set it up initially with network dales but want to set it up on my Wifi network.
I have followed all the instructions that came with the camera but when I try to connect using the IP address and port numbers on the label of the camera it won't connect but when I click on "One Key Set" it says that the camera is configured correctly and the red arrow appears next to the Access URL however I noticed that it changed the IP Address and Port numbers.

When I click on the open button it takes me to an option of browsers where I select Active X mode for IE

After doing this I get a Network camera screen with a black box in the middle with a red X in the top left corner.

I have disabled my security and firewall and still getting no camera view

Please help

Regards

There might be some conflict for the IP address and port since they have been changed automatically after you click One Key Set.
Please kindly double confirm whether you have picked the correct mode.
If you use IE browser, please get into the first ActiveX mode.|
If not, sign in the second Sever Push Mode.

For IE users:
1. Sign in with ActiveX mode for IE

2. Click the notification and install ActiveX plugin.

3. Sign in again.

4. Install the plug-in.

If your web browser did not provide the notification of the plugin installation, please install the plug-in manually. You could download it from our website http://apps.tenvis.com/OCX%20Setup.exe

Please double check the basic network setting, DDNS and port forwarding. If there is any problem, please let us know.
